A Day in the Life

The Sr Tender Specialist plays a key role in driving national tendering operations across the full product portfolio of the BU. This role is responsible for managing end-to-end bidding processes, supporting pricing and data analysis, and ensuring alignment with regional procurement policies. The position requires a high degree of attention to detail, responsiveness, and cross-functional collaboration with sales, marketing, and market access teams. The ideal candidate will be proactive, reliable, and capable of handling high-volume tasks under tight deadlines while providing value-added support to the business.

This position will comprehensively support the tendering operations for the full BU product portfolio across China. Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:

日常招投标事务管理 / Daily Tender Operations:

• 负责全国部分省份招采平台的系统运营工作，如系统维护、产品配送勾选、价格议价、函件出具、资质文件准备与提交等。
  Responsible for managing Provincial Sushine Procurement System operations in assigned provinces, including system maintenance, product delivery selection, price negotiation, letter issuance, and qualification documentation.

• 支持BU全产品线各类招投标项目（包括院级、省级项目及VBP项目）的信息收集、报名、进展跟踪、报价和结果确认等全过程管理。
  Provide end-to-end support for various tender projects (hospital-level, provincial-level, and VBP) including information collection, registration, progress tracking, pricing, and result confirmation.

• 保持对所负责区域平台/产品线的政策发布的高度敏感性，确保在规定时间内完成高质量的应标准备工作，包括在时间紧迫情况下的临时加班响应。
  Stay highly alert to policy updates for responsible regions/products, ensuring timely and high-quality tender preparation, including urgent responses when needed.

价格监测与数据支持 / Hospital Price Monitoring & Data Support:

• 监测和分析医院终端价格变动趋势，及时发现价格异常及动态，为业务决策提供数据依据。
  Monitor and analyze changes in hospital terminal prices to identify anomalies and support business decision-making.

• 运用Excel公式处理大批量数据，并具备基础的数据分析能力，熟悉Power BI或类似数据可视化工具者优先。
  Process large data sets using Excel, with basic analytical skills; proficiency in Power BI or similar visualization tools is preferred.

• 为一线销售团队提供招投标相关数据洞察支持，包括标项进度、价格趋势及操作建议等。
  Provide frontline sales teams with tender-related data insights, including progress updates, pricing trends, and operational recommendations.

跨部门协同与政策响应 / Cross-Functional Coordination & Policy Response:

• 协助市场准入经理与销售、市场团队就不同省份的招标政策和执行要求进行及时沟通与反馈。
  Assist Market Access Managers in communicating and responding to tender policies and execution requirements with sales and marketing teams across provinces.

• 根据区域政策差异提出招采系统可行性建议，推动标项顺利落地执行、签订以及后期跟踪。
  Propose feasible procurement solutions based on regional policy variations and ensure successful execution and follow-up of tender projects.

• 能够独立理解和传达医疗器械相关招标/市场准入政策，具备一定的行业洞察能力。
  Able to independently interpret and communicate medtech tender and market access policies, with sound industry awareness.

任职要求 / Job Requirements：

• 有相关医疗器械行业招投标运营经验，熟悉招采不同类型项目流程；
  Relevant experience in medtech tender operations, familiar with various procurement project workflows.

• 熟练掌握Excel等数据工具，有Power BI经验者优先；
  Proficient in Excel; Power BI experience is a plus.

• 工作细致严谨、执行力强、抗压能力强，能适应高节奏、高及时响应要求的工作环境；
  Detail-oriented, strong in execution, and able to perform under pressure in a fast-paced and time-sensitive environment.

• 具备强烈的责任感和团队协作意识，愿意在必要时配合临时加班；
  High sense of responsibility and team spirit, willing to support ad hoc overtime when needed.

• 性格务实、稳重、诚实可靠，有良好的沟通能力与时间管理能力。
  Practical, steady, reliable, with good communication and time management skills.
