In this role, you will be responsible for executing comprehensive recruitment efforts for Engineering positions across North America, with a focus on building and maintaining a robust pipeline of highly qualified, diverse candidates. You will support and fill requisitions, leveraging advanced sourcing techniques and data-driven strategies to meet position requirements from internal, external, and referral candidate pools. This position will report to a Talent Acquisition Manager. This role will be a remote position based in Bogotá.

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:

  • Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and develop precise job specifications/requirements, competencies, and salary recommendations
  • Utilize advanced sourcing techniques, including Boolean searches, social recruiting, and AI-driven platforms, to identify and engage top-tier candidates
  • Implement and refine talent acquisition strategies that enhance diversity and inclusion within the engineering workforce
  • Conduct detailed technical interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills, knowledge, and abilities relevant to engineering roles
  • Manage and optimize the applicant tracking system, ensuring accurate data entry and efficient workflow processes
  • Analyse recruitment metrics and KPIs to identify trends and areas for improvement, providing actionable insights to stakeholders
  • Partner with HR COE and other cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of recruitment processes with onboarding and employee development programs
  • Foster strong relationships with professional organizations, universities, and industry networks to enhance talent pipelines
  • Drive initiatives for continuous improvement in recruitment processes, leveraging technology and innovative practices

Required Knowledge and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Four years of Talent Acquisition experience, including full-cycle recruitment for engineering positions
  • Fluent in English
  • Two years of Software and other Engineering function experience
  • Proficiency using Workday Recruit or similar ATS systems
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven recruitment strategies
  • Experience in recruiting for the Medical Device and technology industry and skilled in leveraging modern sourcing methods, such as AI tools, social media platforms, and Boolean logic, to attract and connect with high-caliber candidates is advantageous
