A Day in the Life

• Key role organizing, managing and keeping administrative support to the Leadership Team on site.
• Responsible for internal and external communications for the site leadership team.
• Partner with Site Leadership in driving administrative functions.
• May manage various projects pertinent to the Administrative | Project Coordinator role.
• Have to make independent decisions on a daily basis, addressing the best way to handle specific tasks.
• Collaborate with other administrators and support personnel, management and clients on a regular basis.
• Must know how to keep yourself and others organized and determine which tasks are the most important in a given list.
Organization and prioritization are the core elements of the Project Coordinator responsibilities. Skills in the area of decision making, communication and collaboration, organizational skills and writing are essential to perform the role.

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned.

  • Partner with Site Leadership in driving administrative functions.
  • May manage various projects pertinent to the Administrative | Project Coordinator role.
  • Have to make independent decisions on a daily basis, addressing the best way to handle specific tasks.
  • Collaborate with other administrators and support personnel, management and clients on a regular basis.
  • Provides project or program support to the site leadership team.
  • Monitors program/project/system status, budgets and timetables.
  • Applies knowledge of and experience in company operations to assist in the development, implementation and administration of program/system guidelines and procedures.
  • Gathers and compiles information for reports.
  • Provides technical support, which may include program/system training, program/system documentation, data extraction, data review, tracking and coding.
  • Must know how to keep yourself and others organized and determine which tasks are the most important in a given list.

Must Have: Minimum Requirements:

  • Requires expert knowledge within a specific discipline typically gained through extensive work experience and/or education.
  • Requires minimum of 10 years of relevant experience.

Nice to Have:

  • Able to lead daily office work environment working independently.
  • A resource with experience coordinating, planning, and supporting daily operational functions.
  • Effective communicator with employees at all levels.
  • Computer literacy in Microsoft Office: (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), Publisher, Visio, Agile and BPCS System.
  • Bilingual English and Spanish.
  • High School Diploma o equivalent
