A Day in the Life

By joining our Operating Room & Intensive Care Unit Operations Team, you will get a unique opportunity to drive customer experience through technology innovation and contribute to bringing our Mission to patients all over the world. As an Intern, you will assist in streamlining order placement and fulfillment, resolving issues, and optimizing ordering & allocation processes. Your support will enhance efficiency and contribute to a seamless customer experience.

Internship details:
• Start date: July 2025
• Duration: 6 months (with possibility to extend)
• Working hours: 40 hours per week
• Working model: hybrid
• Location: Istanbul

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:
• Coordinate order placement and fulfillment with regional teams
• Support the teams in monitoring and executing product supply and allocation processes, in alignment with product forecasts
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, supply chain, and customer care teams to ensure customer needs are met
• Collect and document feedback from various Medtronic stakeholders to help improve our services
• Participate in learning sessions to understand our products, services, and customer care practices

Required Knowledge:
• Recent graduate or in the final year of studies of bachelor’s or master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, IT or related
• Fluency in English is required (B2 level or above)
• Good knowledge of MS Office (particularly Excel and Outlook)
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving
• Willingness to develop new skills, including learning new systems and tools

Would be a plus:
• Financial background
• Time management and organizational skills
• SAP knowledge
