A Day in the Life

The Business Process Improvement Senior Analyst is to support our APAC Customer Service and Order Management teams within the Shared Services Center in Manila. This role will enable data-driven operations by delivering timely and actionable insights, identifying process gaps, and driving continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service delivery, efficiency, and team performance.

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:

  • Develop, maintain operational reports, dashboards, and metrics to support APAC Customer Care and Order Management teams.

  • Lead root cause analysis of recurring issues in order processing, service requests, and escalations.

  • Identify and support process optimization, standardization, and automation opportunities.

  • Collaborate with team leads, managers, and supervisors to monitor performance trends, provide actionable insights and implement improvement initiatives aligned with business goals.

  • Assist in readiness and adoption of new tools, process transitions, or technology enhancements within the function.

  • Document and support rollout of standardized workflows and performance routines.

  • Support preparation of operational review materials, monthly performance decks, and leadership reports.

Required Knowledge and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s Degree required

  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in process improvement, transformation, or operational excellence roles — ideally within Customer Service or Order Management

  • Experience in a Shared Services or BPO environment, preferably with exposure to order-to-cash or customer operations

  • Demonstrated ability to lead or support process mapping, root cause analysis, and implementation of improvements

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Power BI for building reports and dashboards

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with a continuous improvement mindset

  • Exposure to or certification in Lean, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies

  • Effective communication and stakeholder management skills, including experience working with cross-functional teams across regions

  • Experience in automation tools (e.g., Excel macros, Power Automate, RPA platforms)
