A Day in the Life
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Principal Offer Development Analyst to join our team. This role will support our CST, ENT, Neuromodulation/Pain, Neurovascular, Pelvic Health, and special channels businesses. The Principal Offer Development Analyst will be responsible for providing analytical insights and strategic recommendations as well as partnering with external and internal stakeholders to drive business growth making strategic decisions.Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive data analysis to support business decisions and strategy development.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze data from various sources.
- Develop and maintain financial models to forecast business performance.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to internal and external stakeholders and senior management.
- Support pricing, sales and directors of Enterprise Accounts teams with analytical expertise.
- Engage with sales personnel and customers to understand their needs and provide data-driven solutions.
- Influence and negotiate with stakeholders to drive strategic initiatives.
Experience:
- Previous experience in the medical device industry and/or contracting and pricing is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong analytical skills, particularly in finance or pricing.
- Reviewing/translating contract language including rebates, compliance language for our sales partners and partnering with the internal Contract Management team to make changes to contracts.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., Excel, SQL, Tableau, Salesforce).
- Excellent phone and email communication skills with sales personnel and customers.
- Comfort with customer-facing interactions and the ability to influence and negotiate.
- Curiosity and a desire to learn about our products and industry.
- Strong prioritizing skills, experience managing multiple project due dates.

This is an office-based position that will support our all-US Territory. This role is expected to be in the office 4 days per week from our Minneapolis offices.
SPECIALIST CAREER STREAM: Typically an individual contributor with responsibility in a professional discipline or specialty. Delivers and/or manages projects assigned and works with other stakeholders to achieve desired results. May act as a mentor to colleagues or may direct the work of other lower level professionals. The majority of time is spent delivering and overseeing the projects – from design to implementation - while and adhering to policies, using specialized knowledge and skills normally acquired through advanced education.

Required Knowledge and Experience: High School Diploma or equivalent with 8+ years of relevant experience in Contracts or Pricing or equivalent experience (OR Associate's Degree with 6+ years experience OR Baccalaureate Degree with 4+ years experience).
For Baccalaureate degrees earned outside of the United States, a degree that satisfies the requirements of 8 C.F.R. § 214.2(h)(4)(iii)(A). .
