This full-time role is based in our Prague office, working within a hybrid model that offers flexibility and work-life balance. You’ll report directly to the Credit Services Supervisor and collaborate closely with internal stakeholders across departments like Customer Service, Logistics, Credit Collection and Cash Application. While no regular travel is required, the role offers a rich, international work environment where cross-functional collaboration is key. You'll be part of a motivated team focused on continuous improvement, innovation, and delivering value to our customers.

Responsibilities include the following:

• Investigate customers discrepancies and follow through to resolution
• Issue credits and debits based on investigation
• Liaise without internal business partners (Credit, Contracts, Customer Service, Logistics) in order to help resolved customer issues
• Proactively investigate and release credit requests to reduce overdue debt
• Manage a portfolio of customers and their incoming queries and disputes
• Responsible for continuous improvement of processes
• Maintain internal controls in accordance with Controllership Guide and Sarbanes Oxley Act

Required Knowledge and Experience:

• Accounting experience withing a commercial organization is desirable
• SAP knowledge is an advantage
• Excellent attention to details
• Good communication and organization skills
• Functional Technical Skills
• Spoken and written proficiency in English is a must
