Medtronic Neuromodulation is looking for a skilled Multichannel & Digital Marketing Specialist to activate and optimize campaigns across digital and offline channels. In this role, you’ll bridge global strategy with local execution, partnering with regional teams to drive demand, generate leads, and improve marketing effectiveness across the full customer pathway. You’ll work across paid digital, web, CRM and events to deliver coordinated multichannel campaigns. This is a hands-on, collaborative role focused on campaign delivery, performance tracking, and continuous optimization.

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned.

  • Coordinate regional vendor partners (digital agencies, media buyers, print vendors, and event providers) to ensure seamless activation across paid media, CRM, and offline channels.

  • Tasked with establishing clear lines of communication and collaboration with external agencies and vendors to support project execution and delivery.

  • Project managing multiple campaigns simultaneously, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and meeting deadlines.

  • Support customer pathway execution by ensuring stakeholder clarity (e.g., lead routing, HCP engagement, follow-up) across all touchpoints; digital and offline.

  • Enable CRM and MarTech platform adoption to drive demand generation, lead management, and campaign performance tracking.

  • Coach regional teams on channel selection, execution best practices, campaign setup, tool usage, and operational workflows.

  • Track and report campaign performance across digital and offline channels, synthesize insights, and provide optimization recommendations.

  • Manage tagging, tracking, and attribution mechanisms in partnership with analytics and web/digital ops teams to capture impact across touchpoints.

  • Document and share regional insights and learnings with global marketing and communications teams to improve content, targeting, and channel mix.

  • Ensure adherence to global governance while supporting regional customization and agility in execution.

  • Stay updated on digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices to adapt strategies effectively.

Must Have: Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree

  • Minimum 7 years of relevant experience, or advanced degree with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.

Nice to Have

  • Degree in marketing, communications, business, or related field.

  • 5-8 years of experience managing integrated marketing campaigns, including both digital and offline channels.

  • Hands-on paid media experience (search, display, social), CRM, and offline tactics (direct mail, print, events, etc.).

  • Experience managing and optimizing campaigns across platforms such as LinkedIn, Google Ads (PPC and Display), YouTube and Facebook Ads.

  • Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively, with proven experience liaising with external agencies and vendors to ensure seamless collaboration and delivery.

  • In-depth understanding and interpretation of paid social media analytics and key performance metrics to drive data-driven decisions and optimize campaigns.

  • Proficiency in analytics tools like Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, or similar analytics platforms to track and report on campaign performance.

  • Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration skills.

  • Global or regional marketing experience in a matrixed organization is a plus.

  • Healthcare or regulated industry experience is preferred.

Salary ranges for U.S (excl. PR) locations (USD):$108,800.00 - $163,200.00This position is eligible for a short-term incentive called the Medtronic Incentive Plan (MIP).

The base salary range is applicable across the United States, excluding Puerto Rico and specific locations in California. The offered rate complies with federal and local regulations and may vary based on factors such as experience, certification/education, market conditions, and location. Compensation and benefits information pertains solely to candidates hired within the United States (local market compensation and benefits will apply for others).

The following benefits and additional compensation are available to those regular employees who work 20+ hours per week: Health, Dental and vision insurance, Health Savings Account, Healthcare Flexible Spending Account, Life insurance, Long-term disability leave, Dependent daycare spending account, Tuition assistance/reimbursement, and Simple Steps (global well-being program).

Regular employees are those who are not temporary, such as interns. Temporary employees are eligible for paid sick time, as required under applicable state law, and the Employee Stock Purchase Plan. Please note some of the above benefits may not apply to workers in Puerto Rico.
