Medtronic Neuromodulation is looking for a strategic and execution-focused communicator to lead the development and delivery of global integrated communications programs for our therapies for chronic pain management. The ideal candidate is a skilled communications professional and marketer with deep experience in global campaign development, content strategy, high-value content development, and cross-functional collaboration in a highly regulated environment. This role will develop global campaigns with content that resonates across channels and regions to drive awareness, strengthen brand equity, and drive portfolio differentiation with core audiences.
Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned.
Develop and execute integrated communications strategies that align with business priorities, elevate the Neuromodulation brand, and support therapy and product marketing goals.
Create high-value content across formats and channels including landing pages, webinars, videos, social posts, emails, and sales enablement tools—that bring our value story to life for patients, physicians, and healthcare partners.
Shape differentiated messaging and value propositions for key audiences, helping to position our therapies, products, and technology with clarity and impact.
Translate global strategy into regionally relevant campaigns by partnering closely with regional teams.
Collaborate with internal creative partners and agency teams to concept, design, and deliver compelling, compliant, and on-brand assets.
Leverage AI tools to improve content personalization, production efficiency, and performance insights across campaigns.
Align with product marketing, clinical, medical education, and regulatory teams to ensure message and content accuracy and consistency.
Define KPIs, track performance, and recommend optimizations to ensure communications are delivered against business and brand objectives.
Ensure all materials meet brand, legal, and regulatory standards while advancing our purpose-driven mission.
Must Have: Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, or advanced degree with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
Nice to Have
Experience in global, EU and/or U.S. marketing communications, preferably in healthcare and/or medical devices.
Strong strategic thinking and storytelling ability, with a track record of building campaigns that deliver measurable results.
Experience driving campaigns in highly regulated markets.
Consumer marketing experience.
Experience managing global campaigns and working across complex stakeholder groups.
Outstanding writing and content development skills, with the ability to tailor messaging for different audiences and formats.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
Working knowledge of healthcare industry compliance, regulatory, and legal requirements.
Familiarity with platforms such as Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), Workfront, or equivalent tools is a plus.
