A Day in the Life

As a vital member of our Shipping Team in the warehouse, you'll play a key role in ensuring the accurate and timely delivery of life-changing medical technologies to patients worldwide. This is an on-site position based at our Heerlen 3 distribution center. You’ll be part of a collaborative operations team, reporting directly to the Logistics Supervisor. Shift schedules may vary, and occasional overtime may be required during peak periods. No travel is expected for this role. Our facilities maintain a clean, safe, and temperature-controlled environment to support both our people and the integrity of our products.

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:

• Operate material handling equipment such as EPT, pallet jacks or forklifts (where certified)
• Verify shipping documentation and label accuracy to ensure compliance with transportation regulations
• Collaborate with Inventory Control and Receiving teams to manage stock and resolve discrepancies, additionally cooperate with Return Product team in order to reship the goods
• Ensure all outbound medical devices, are handled and shipped with the highest level of care
• Maintain clean and organized work areas, adhering to safety and 6S warehouse standards
• Use SAP system to track and confirm shipments.

Required Knowledge and Experience:

• Prior experience in warehouse operations or logistics (1–2 years minimum preferred)
• Ability to lift and move packages up to 25 kg and operate basic warehouse tools
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow standard operating procedures (SOPs)
• Basic computer literacy and experience with SAP
• Clear verbal and written communication skills in English
• Must be eligible to work in the Netherlands and pass background verification.

Experience with medical device shipping, especially for high-value or regulated goods, is a plus. Familiarity with global shipping procedures or cold chain logistics will also be advantageous.
