A Day in the Life

The functions to be performed corresponding to the offered internship mainly are:

Event Planning & Coordination:

  • Assist in the organization and execution of congresses, trade shows, and internal events.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure smooth event logistics, including venue selection, catering, and audiovisual setup.
  • Support the creation of event timelines and schedules to ensure all tasks are completed efficiently.

Marketing & Promotional Activities:

  • Assist in developing event marketing materials, such as invitations, brochures, and digital content.
  • Support social media and email marketing efforts to promote events and engage attendees.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all event-related materials.
  • Support translations materials.

Budget & Administrative Support:

  • Help track event budgets, expenses, and invoices.
  • Maintain organized records of event plans, vendor agreements, and post-event reports.

Stakeholder & Partner Coordination:

  • Liaise with key stakeholders, including healthcare professionals, partners, and sponsors, to ensure successful participation.
  • Manage delegate registrations and provide necessary support for attendees before and during the event.
  • Gather feedback from stakeholders post-event to enhance future event planning.

Competences:

  • High organizational capacity, proactivity, communication skills and teamwork, keen to learn and take on challenges.

Work Experience:

  • Not required. Internship only.

Education:

  • Graduate.

Type of Degree:

  • Business, Marketing, Health Sciences (Biomedical engineering, Biochemistry, Pharmacy, Biology, ...)

Minimum requirements:

  • Office (Advanced): Word, Excel and Power Point.

Languages:

  • Spanish (Reading: Advanced level (C1) / Writing: Advanced level (C1)Conversation: Advanced level (C1))
  • English (Reading: Advanced level (C1) / Writing: Advanced level (C1) / Conversation: Advanced level (C1))
  • Italian recommended (C1).

Additional Information:

- Internship agreement

- Duration: 12 months (extendable + 6months)

- Full time

- Schedule: flexible 7:30-10_00 to 16:00-18:30. Fridays and summer months intensive day

- Office presence: minimum 2 days/week

- Study aid of €1000 gross/month + Food Aid (Ticket restaurant)
