We have an exciting opportunity for an Associate Product Manager to join our Ear, Nose and Throat (ENT) marketing team.

As a key member of the team, you will develop and execute marketing plans aligned with our business strategies to increase sales of designated products within the Core CRS Therapy portfolio. In this highly visible role, you will contribute to the strategic direction for your portfolio, working to achieve revenue and profitability targets, and planning and executing marketing campaigns.


A Day in the Life

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned.

  • Monitor, analyze and evaluate market trends, competitive activity and physician feedback to identify unmet needs and market opportunities.

  • Leverage market research and develop competitive strategies to grow market share.

  • Set value propositions and key messaging for assigned products.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional business partners to develop business plans for the designated portfolios.

  • Build strong relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) as well as emerging thought leaders within the space to enable effective portfolio strategy.

  • Lead new product launch activities, including the development of commercial plans and customer segmentation strategies in support of launch objectives.

  • Partner with Medical Education and Sales Training counterparts to develop strategy for the existing procedural areas and any adjacent areas.

  • Provide input into the portfolio lifecycle, including analyses to support product line changes (new product development, acquisitions and/or discontinuations).

  • Foster strong and collaborative relationships with members of the US Sales Team, as well as our International business partners.

  • Travel requirement: less than 25%

Must Have: Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree

  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in marketing, sales, product management, consulting or relevant experience, or Masters’ degree with a minimum of 0 years relevant experience


Nice to Have

  • Medical device experience

  • Experience with Service & Repair on medical capital equipment

  • Ability to work in a highly matrixed and geographically diverse business environment

Salary ranges for U.S (excl. PR) locations (USD):$78,400.00 - $117,600.00This position is eligible for a short-term incentive called the Medtronic Incentive Plan (MIP).

The base salary range is applicable across the United States, excluding Puerto Rico and specific locations in California. The offered rate complies with federal and local regulations and may vary based on factors such as experience, certification/education, market conditions, and location. Compensation and benefits information pertains solely to candidates hired within the United States (local market compensation and benefits will apply for others).

The following benefits and additional compensation are available to those regular employees who work 20+ hours per week: Health, Dental and vision insurance, Health Savings Account, Healthcare Flexible Spending Account, Life insurance, Long-term disability leave, Dependent daycare spending account, Tuition assistance/reimbursement, and Simple Steps (global well-being program).
