A Day in the Life
As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be a trusted advisor to our Operations business, helping leaders identify and attract top-tier talent to drive our mission forward. You’ll combine business acumen, strategic recruitment expertise, and an unwavering commitment to service excellence to ensure we hire the right people at the right time. In this role, you will be responsible for executing recruitment efforts for our Operations and Supply Chain function in the USA. You will support and fill requisitions while developing strong pipelines of qualified diverse candidates to meet position requirements from internal, external, and/or referral candidate pools. Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:
Partners with management to develop job specifications/requirements, competencies, make salary recommendations and negotiate starting salary with candidates.
Evaluates employment factors such as job experience, education and training, skills, knowledge and abilities, and other data pertinent to classification, selection, and referral.
Sources candidates, manages workforce demands and develops networks to ensure constant flow of qualified candidates using various tools such as social media, career fairs, agencies and recruiting contractors.
Phone screens and conducts interviews to recruit prospective employees.
Manages applicant tracking system and creates reports and metrics analysis.
May prepare applicant assessments, provide applicants with information on the company, oversees background checks and drug testing, check references and ensure successful hiring and on-boarding process.

Strategic Hiring Partner – Work closely with business leaders to understand hiring needs, ensuring alignment with CAS’s aggressive growth goals.
Deliver a World-Class Candidate Experience – From first touch to final offer, you’ll create a seamless, engaging, and professional journey for every candidate.
Market Intelligence – Stay ahead of industry trends, competitor hiring practices, and talent market shifts to drive proactive recruitment strategies.
Build Talent Pipelines – Proactively source and engage high-caliber professionals, ensuring we’re ready to scale as our business expands.
Champion Diversity & Inclusion – Embed inclusive hiring strategies that drive diverse perspectives and fuel innovation in our teams.
Drive Continuous Improvement – Leverage data, insights, and cutting-edge tools to enhance recruitment efficiency and effectiveness.
Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor's degree with 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a fast-paced corporate environment (or 0+ years with an advanced degree)
Preferred Qualifications:
Proven experience in talent acquisition, preferably within medical devices, healthcare, or high-growth tech industries.
Strong business acumen—you understand how talent drives business success.
Exceptional relationship-building skills with hiring managers, candidates, and cross-functional teams.
A knack for balancing speed, quality, and a consultative approach to hiring.
Experience leveraging AI, data analytics, and innovative sourcing tools to attract top talent.
Passion for customer service, ensuring both candidates and internal stakeholders have a best-in-class experience.
