カーディアックリズムマネジメント (CRM)は、メドトロニックの起源である心臓植込み型ペースメーカをはじめ、植込み型除細動器等、心臓植込み型デバイスを扱っている部署です。メドトロニックは本分野のPionneerであり、現在もトップメーカーとして医療に貢献をしています。
＜業務内容＞
本ポジションは、事業部内に新設されたStrategy Management Office (戦略マネジメントオフィス)の募集となります。Strategy Management Officeは、事業部内の営業部門、本社ファンクション部門、全ての部門と協業し、環境分析から中長期を見据えた戦略とプロジェクトの立案、実行状況のモニタリングと実行計画修正までを担います。

＜Must Haves＞
Job Experience
医療機器、製薬、ヘルスケア業界における戦略/経営企画での経験、マーケティング経験 (5年程度)
英語での実務経験 (ビジネスプレゼンテーション及び電話会議による交渉 等)
部門横断プロジェクトをリードした経験
チェンジマネジメントの経験
Skill / Knowledge
プロジェクトマネージメントスキル
リサーチ・データ分析・スライド作成スキル
プレゼンテーションスキル
読み書き、会話ともにビジネスレベルの英語力
