Position Overview:
Are you passionate about making a real difference in the lives of patients? As a Product Manager for the Patient Monitors Platform within Medtronic’s Patient Care Systems (PCS) team, you’ll be joining a group that’s at the forefront of developing innovative solutions for patients with cardiac devices. PCS is dedicated to creating technology that empowers clinicians, supports patients, and improves outcomes across the globe.
In this role, you’ll help drive the strategy and day-to-day management of remote monitoring products which allows patients with cardiac devices to stay connected to their healthcare teams from anywhere. You’ll work alongside experienced product managers, designers, engineers, and clinical experts who are passionate about collaboration and continuous learning. Key Responsibilities:
• Assist with the development and implementation of product vision, strategy, and roadmaps, aligning with business objectives and customer needs.
• Collaborate with senior product managers, UX, engineering, marketing, and operations to support product planning and execution.
• Gather and synthesize customer feedback and market research to identify product opportunities and inform prioritization.
• Support product launch planning and execution, coordinating with multiple teams to ensure successful releases.
• Analyze product performance using data tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI) and contribute to decision-making on product enhancements.
• Help track competitive landscape and industry trends to inform product strategy.
• Translate business requirements into clear product documentation and user stories for development teams.
• Participate in cross-functional meetings and contribute to discussions on product features, technical feasibility, and market fit.
• Support demand forecasting activities in partnership with marketing and operations.
• Maintain awareness of technical developments and assist in managing technical debt and planning for future product needs.
We are working onsite a minimum of 4 days per week as part of our commitment to fostering a culture of professional growth and cross-functional collaboration as we work together to engineer the extraordinary. This role will require less than 10% of travel to enhance collaboration and ensure successful completion of projects.

Must Have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in economics, engineering or business with at least 2 years of experience in product management, marketing, engineering or clinical, or an MS/PhD and completion of at least one Internship
  • Experience using data analysis tools such as Excel, Power BI.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience in healthcare, medical device, or technology industry (internships or coursework)
  • Exposure to agile product development or project management
  • Experience in market research, user interviews, or customer journey mapping
  • Familiarity with SQL, Python, or other data analysis tools
  • Passion for improving patient outcomes and user experience

Salary ranges for U.S (excl. PR) locations (USD):$84,000.00 - $126,000.00This position is eligible for a short-term incentive called the Medtronic Incentive Plan (MIP).

The base salary range is applicable across the United States, excluding Puerto Rico and specific locations in California. The offered rate complies with federal and local regulations and may vary based on factors such as experience, certification/education, market conditions, and location. Compensation and benefits information pertains solely to candidates hired within the United States (local market compensation and benefits will apply for others).

The following benefits and additional compensation are available to those regular employees who work 20+ hours per week: Health, Dental and vision insurance, Health Savings Account, Healthcare Flexible Spending Account, Life insurance, Long-term disability leave, Dependent daycare spending account, Tuition assistance/reimbursement, and Simple Steps (global well-being program).
