Reporting to the Sr. Sales Supervisor, the Therapy Sales Specialist will be a critical team member within our Cardiac Ablation Solutions (CAS) team for Patient Management covering Seoul, Metropolitan area and other accounts nationwide, promoting a highly innovative Cardiac Ablation Solutions (CAS) portfolio.
You will succeed in the role by supporting the sales team and achieving targets by providing clinical education and case support. This is a rewarding and challenging position that provides an opportunity to truly make an immediate impact and achieve positive clinical outcomes for patients.

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:
Promotes and sells Medtronic's products and services within an assigned geographic area to meet or exceed the team’s sales targets. The key required activities include case support using Medtronic products and patient management.
As a specialized Medtronic representative, effectively support procedures and introduce optimal technologies and services to ensure customer satisfaction
Efficiently work with channel partners to coordinate in-service schedules and follow-up requests from hospitals by providing standardized company guidance.
Provide clinical education in the field of the company's products and/or services
Implement market development plans/strategies and changes as needed
Communicates customer feedback on new products and/or modifications to existing products or applications to internal stakeholders including Marketing and Operations
Required Knowledge and Experience:
Completed Bachelor’s degree in any discipline, preferably Degree in Biomedical Engineering, Nursing, or related courses
0 to 8 years of previous sales/clinical experience in medical devices or healthcare industry
For Associate level: 0 to 3 year’s relevant experience
For Specialist level: minimum 3 years' relevant experience
For Senior level: minimum 6 years’ relevant experience
Excellent commercial business acumen, active and outgoing personality, flexible and team-oriented , customer focused
Effective written and verbal communication skills in English and Korea languages
Computer and MS Office proficient
Active driver’s license
Willingness to learn, especially technical information
Ability to teach and educate medical personnel regarding product features and benefits
Industry experience including clinical Electrophysiology (EP) Mapping is highly regarded
Demonstrated knowledge of 3D electrophysiology mapping and navigation systems is a great plus
