In this pivotal role, you’ll support our innovative AFFERA™ Mapping and Ablation System — an advanced solution for atrial fibrillation, the world’s most common serious arrhythmia. You’ll report to the operating unit and provide expert clinical and technical support to physicians and EP Lab Staff, delivering in-service training and supporting advanced clinical workflows. This role involves collaborating with education and technical teams, participating in regional and international meetings, and completing regular territory reviews. Flexibility for travel and cross-functional teamwork is essential. You’ll document activities in CRM tools and contribute to the development of training centers, all while building best-in-class customer relationships in a dynamic and supportive environment.


Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:

  • Deliver clinical and technical assistance to physicians and EP Lab Staff on the use of the AFFERA™ Mapping and Ablation System and related equipment including generators, software functionalities, pumps, and accessories;
  • Introduce new technologies to hospital stakeholders through in-service training and ensure technology acceptance;
  • Participate in developing advanced clinical workflows and collaborate with technical departments for effective system installation;
  • Support the education team in developing training centers and share clinical best practices to optimize customer experience;
  • Troubleshoot technical issues in partnership with field service engineers;
  • Plan cases, set priorities for optimal case coverage, and maintain professional customer relationships;
  • Provide feedback to marketing on system utilization and contribute to new product development (NPD) discussions.

Required Knowledge and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in electrical or medical engineering or related scientific discipline;
  • Minimum three years of clinical Electrophysiology (EP) experience (EP: study and treatment of heart rhythm disorders);
  • At least two years of independent support of EP mapping procedures;
  • Ability to work in EP Labs and achieve vendor credentialing;
  • Mastery of standard PC tools;
  • Valid driver’s license.

IBHRE (International Board of Heart Rhythm Examiners) or equivalent certification, prior experience in medical device, pharmaceutical, or life sciences industries, fluency local language and English (other European languages a plus), and enthusiasm for working flexibly in a team-oriented, cross-functional environment. Willingness to travel and a high sense of responsibility are valued.
