A Day in the Life

The IT Business Analyst partners closely with business and IT stakeholders to drive data-driven solutions that improve processes, systems, and services across a global environment. This role focuses on understanding business needs, translating them into clear requirements, and supporting solution delivery within regulated areas such as Quality and Regulatory. The position works cross-functionally with Product Owners, IT leaders, and third-party partners, contributing to process improvement, system enhancements, and value-added initiatives, with strong exposure to PLM systems and global project support. This position will be Remote in Bogotá.

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:

• Engage with business leaders to identify opportunities for process optimization and data-driven improvements.
• Analyze data sets and trends to define use cases that enhance products, processes, and services.
• Collaborate with Business Relationship Managers, Product Owners, and IT teams to gather and document business requirements.
• Drive the business agenda throughout the solution delivery lifecycle, ensuring alignment between business needs and technical solutions.
• Support global projects by coordinating with cross-functional teams, including IT support, technical leads, and third-party vendors.

Required Knowledge and Experience:

• Experience working with Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) systems (required).
• Basic to intermediate SQL knowledge (understanding required).
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and collaboration skills, with experience working in regulated environments (Quality / Regulatory preferred).
• Fluent in English (B2 – C1)
