Surgical Operation Unit (サージカル)では、外科用医療機器メーカーのパイオニアとして、外科手術で使用されるステープリング、エナジー、スーチャー、ヘルニアなどの医療機器を中心とした製品を取り扱っています。また外科手術支援ロボット及びデジタルサージェリー製品部門と共に構成された事業部です。

＜業務内容＞

メドトロニックは現在、大型医療機器ビジネスに参入し全国で活動を展開しています。革新的な新技術をお客様に届けるべく、シニアセールスアナリストを募集します。

主な業務

• キャピタルセールスが入力するSFDCデータの管理・アップデート

• Hugo/TouchSurgery製品の出荷におけるプロセスのマネジメント

• 契約書・及び見積などの内容管理

• 入札書類の最終管理

• セールスパイプラインのデータマネジメント

• ファイナンススキームの理解とマネジメント

＜Must Haves＞

Job Experience

以下いずれかに該当し、各項目において5年以上の経験があること。

各項目において5年以上の経験を有し、顧客との対人折衝、複数の関係者を巻き込みながら関係構築のスキーム作りと実行経験が望ましい。

• 外科系製品の営業サポート経験

• 大型キャピタルの営業サポート経験

• 顧客/売上データのマネジメント経験

Competency

• 高いコミュニケーション能力/交渉力/関係構築力

• 自発的・クリエイティブな行動力（新しい技術や情報を積極的に探究し、日常業務で実装するために行動する力）

• 変化への柔軟性・挑戦意欲（変化変動の多い環境を楽しみながら事業やビジネスの成長に向けて前向きに取り組む力）

• プロジェクト管理スキル

• 契約書や入札書類の内容管理・調整 （読解力）

• セールスデータマネジメント （エクセル・SFDCなど）

Education

• 学士以上
