A Day in the Life

Join our Regional Virtual Engagement Solutions (VES) team and help shape the data for remote sales across the Africa, Central and Eastern Europe (ACEE) region!

As an Intern, you’ll work on data management, KPI framework, and sales analytics - turning insights into actionable recommendations that improve performance and adoption. This is a great opportunity to combine analytical skills with business impact in a dynamic, international environment.

Through this internship, you’ll gain hands-on exposure to forecasting, dashboard design, and performance storytelling, while seeing first-hand how data drives adoption, productivity, and customer engagement across the ACEE region.

Internship Details
• Start Date: March 2026
• Location: Warsaw
• Duration: 6 months (with possibility to extend)
• Working Time: 30 hours/week with flexibility
• Work Model: Hybrid (3 days in the office)

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:
• KPI Framework Alignment: Support the design and implementation of KPIs for remote sales (conversion, productivity, cadence health, win rate) and ensure consistency across dashboards.
• Dashboards & Reporting: Build and maintain Power BI/Excel dashboards to provide weekly and monthly insights, including trend analysis and drill-downs by segment or product.
• Sales Forecasting Support: Assist with forecast cycles, consolidating updates and preparing summaries for leadership reviews.
• Sales Analytics Deep-Dives: Analyze funnel performance (outreach → meeting → opportunity → conversion), identify bottlenecks, and propose data-driven improvements.

Required knowledge and Skills:
• Pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in data analysis related field: Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, etc. (you must be a student for the entire internship duration)
• Fluency in English
• Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, lookups) and comfort working with large datasets
• Familiarity with CRM concepts and sales engagement analytics
• Analytical and detail-oriented, with the ability to present findings clearly to non-technical stakeholders

Would be a plus:
• Fluency in Polish
• Familiarity with Power BI (data modeling, visuals) and basic knowledge of SQL or DAX
