The Project Coordinator V is a key member of the Portfolio Management and Office of the CEO (OCEO) team, reporting directly to the SVP of Portfolio Management. This unique role blends high-level administrative support with hands-on involvement in projects and initiatives. You’ll work closely with executive leadership, helping to coordinate and support strategic projects while ensuring seamless day-to-day operations. We’re looking for someone who brings initiative, resourcefulness, and a proactive mindset—someone who’s comfortable taking ownership of tasks and contributing new ideas.

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned.
Provide coordination and support for cross-functional projects and strategic initiatives for the OCEO and SVP Portfolio Management, assisting with planning and execution as needed.
Act as a trusted liaison between the OCEO, executive leadership, business units, and external partners.
Identify opportunities to improve processes and drive efficiency, bringing new ideas and solutions to the table.
Manage confidential communications, sensitive information, and executive-level correspondence with professionalism and discretion.
Prepare executive presentations, board materials, and reports for leadership meetings and strategic reviews.
Plan, schedule, and coordinate complex meetings, including leadership offsites, cross-functional workshops, and special events.
Track project progress, milestones, and deliverables, ensuring accountability and timely follow-up.
Handle travel arrangements, expense reporting, and calendar management for the SVP and senior leaders.
Build and maintain strong relationships across Medtronic’s leadership, fostering collaboration and information sharing.
Support executive communications and ensure timely follow-up on action items and stakeholder requests.
Prioritize and execute special projects as needed, often with minimal direction.
Champion Medtronic’s mission and values in every interaction, representing the OCEO team with professionalism and integrity.
Must Have: Minimum Requirements
High School Degree or equivalent
Minimum of 10+ years of relevant experience
Nice to Have
Experience supporting projects and managing multiple priorities
Previous Medtronic or medical device industry experience
Bachelor’s degree preferred
Experience supporting C-suite or senior executives
Strong initiative, resourcefulness, and ability to work independently
Complex problem-solving skills
Flexible and agile in a constantly changing environment
Strong teamwork and collaboration skills
Ability to work well under pressure in a dynamic environment
Excellent analytical and organizational skills
Exceptional attention to detail
Advanced computer skills in Word, Excel, PowerBI, and PowerPoint
Proficient in Outlook, Teams, Zoom, and other conferencing tools

This position is eligible for a short-term incentive called the Medtronic Incentive Plan (MIP).The base salary range is applicable across the United States, excluding Puerto Rico and specific locations in California. The offered rate complies with federal and local regulations and may vary based on factors such as experience, certification/education, market conditions, and location. Compensation and benefits information pertains solely to candidates hired within the United States (local market compensation and benefits will apply for others).
