Be a part of a community of experts committed to ensuring quality, affordable healthcare worldwide.The Associate Contract Analyst supports the contract management process by reviewing, drafting, and assisting in the negotiation of contracts. This role ensures compliance with company policies and relevant regulations while helping to facilitate business operations.
Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:
- Review, draft, and process a variety of contracts (sales, vendor, service, confidentiality agreements).
- Support contract negotiations to ensure terms align with company policies and legal requirements.
- Maintain accurate contract records and databases, ensuring documentation is current and compliant.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Legal, Sales, Finance) to gather information and resolve contract-related issues.
- Monitor contract performance, manage renewals and amendments, and identify/escalate potential risks.
Required Knowledge and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in business or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 2+ years of relevant experience (customer service, administrative support, supply chain or similar).
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; advanced English proficiency.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint); ERP knowledge (SAP/Oracle) and Enterprise Accounts exposure are a plus.
