The Supply Chain Analyst is responsible for analysing, optimizing, and supporting supply chain processes to ensure efficient movement of materials and products. You collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve inventory management, demand forecasting, logistics, and supplier performance.


Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:

  • Analyse supply chain data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement
  • Develop and maintain supply chain metrics and dashboards
  • Support inventory management and procurement activities
  • Coordinate with suppliers, manufacturing, global colleagues, and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of materials
  • Assist in implementing process improvements and cost-saving initiatives
  • Prepare reports and presentations for management and utilize ERP systems (e.g., SAP/ Blue Yonder) for data analysis and process management
  • Ensure compliance with Medtronic’s quality and regulatory standards

Required Knowledge and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Business, Engineering, or related field with 1-3 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or related roles (internships included)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with ERP systems (SAP preferred)
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment

Experience in medical device or healthcare industry, knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies and advanced Excel, SQL, or data visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI) experience are considered advantages for this role.

This position is eligible for a short-term incentive called the Medtronic Incentive Plan (MIP).
