A Day in the Life

In this dynamic role at Medtronic, you will play a critical part in empowering patients and healthcare professionals through expert training, hands-on support, and clear, effective communication. You’ll educate patients on safe product use, conduct on-site visits in hospitals and homes, and provide continuous follow-up care to ensure confidence and compliance. Collaborating closely with doctors, nurses, and clinical teams, you’ll deliver engaging presentations and adapt seamlessly between independent and team-based work. With strong technical proficiency, a digital and growth-oriented mindset, and solid industry knowledge, you will help elevate care experiences and drive meaningful outcomes.

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:

• Patient Training: Educating & training patients on how to safely use and handle our products and services.
• On-site Visits: Traveling to hospitals or patient residence to provide direct support.
• Continuous Support: Providing reliable follow-up care and assistance after the initial setup.
• HCP Education: Training doctors, nurses, and other healthcare professionals.
• Presentation Skills: Comfortable presentation to large groups and audiences.
• Team & Independent Work: Ability to work effectively both on your own and as part of a team.

Required Knowledge and Experience:

• Communication Skills: Ability to communicate effectively with all stakeholders (patients, doctors, nurses, and administrative staff).
• Technical Proficiency: Advanced skills with mobile devices, iPads, and e-Pens.
• Digital Mindset: Keen interest in optimization, digitalization, and process improvement.
• Growth Mindset: Strong willingness to learn and master new skills.
• Software Skills: Advanced knowledge of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, SharePoint).
• Industry Knowledge: Previous experience or strong knowledge of the healthcare sector.
• Education: University degree preferred; completed secondary education as a minimum requirement.
