Join our Strategic Marketing Intelligence team as Program Enablement Lead, where you will play a critical role in translating strategic marketing initiatives into scalable operational programs. In this role, you will partner with cross-functional stakeholders across Marketing, IT, Data & Analytics, and regional teams to design, operationalize, and scale strategic platforms and programs that enable data-driven decision making and accelerate business impact across markets. You will act as a bridge between strategy and execution, ensuring that conceptual initiatives are transformed into structured programs supported by the right platforms, processes, governance, and adoption frameworks.

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:

  • Drive the operationalization of strategic marketing programs, translating conceptual initiatives into scalable solutions supported by platforms, data architecture, and standardized processes.
  • Partner with cross-functional stakeholders across Marketing, IT, Finance, and regional teams to design and implement capabilities that enable strategic decision making and operational excellence.
  • Lead the end-to-end enablement of new programs and platforms, including requirement definition, process design, implementation oversight, adoption strategy, training, and hypercare support.
  • Develop and maintain data-driven frameworks and analytical tools that support portfolio strategy, market intelligence, lifecycle management, and performance tracking.
  • Establish program governance and prioritization frameworks to manage incoming requests, ensure alignment with business priorities, and optimize resource allocation.
  • Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technology teams, ensuring that digital platforms and data infrastructure are designed to meet evolving strategic needs.
  • Support global and regional leadership with strategic insights, reporting, and operational frameworks that enhance visibility into key business performance indicators.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives by identifying process inefficiencies and implementing scalable solutions that enhance speed, transparency, and collaboration across teams.
  • Champion adoption and capability development by building training programs, documentation, and stakeholder engagement strategies that ensure sustainable program utilization.

Required Knowledge and Experience:

  • 8+ years of professional experience in strategic operations, program management, consulting, marketing operations, or related functions within healthcare, MedTech, consulting, or complex matrix organizations.
  • Proven experience translating strategic initiatives into operational programs, including platform implementation, process design, and cross-functional execution.
  • Strong analytical mindset with experience building data-driven insights, dashboards, or performance frameworks to support business decision making.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in cross-functional and global matrix environments, influencing stakeholders without direct authority.
  • Experience collaborating with technology, data, and analytics teams to design scalable platforms and digital capabilities.
  • Strong communication, stakeholder management, and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Bachelor’s degree required (Business, Engineering, Life Sciences, or related field); MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Power Platforms and SharePoint.
  • Fluent in English.
