＜部門について＞
Surgical部門は、外科手術器具ならびに手術用縫合糸や電気外科手術装置など、手術室で使用される製品を扱っています。患者さんの身体により負担の少ない低侵襲手術の普及、革新的な製品、高度な専門性を提供できるよう取り組んでいます。
＜ポジションについて＞
Medtronic Surgical OUのDigital Technologiesにおいて、Touch Surgery ecosystem (DS1およびLivestream)プラットフォームを病院向けに販売するハイパフォーマー営業人材を募集しています。医療テクノロジー分野での豊富な営業経験を有し、関係構築力に優れ、事業拡大をリードできる人材が求められています。全国の病院に最先端デジタルソリューションを導入し、デジタル医療の未来を創るポジションです。
＜業務内容＞
医療従事者や代理店に対し当社が扱う製品の営業活動を行っていただきます。業務内容には以下が含まれます。
DS1およびLivestreamプラットフォームの販売戦略立案・実行（目標達成責任）
病院内キーパーソン（経営層、医師、IT部門など）との関係構築
製品プレゼンテーション・デモンストレーションの実施
Customer Success、IT、法務等の社内関係部門と連携し、案件創出からクロージングまでを主導
契約交渉および規制遵守を踏まえたビジネス契約管理
競合環境・市場動向の分析と新規機会の創出
導入後フォローを通じた活用促進および長期的関係構築
＜応募資格＞
顧客と誠実な信頼関係を築き、目標達成に向けて継続的な努力が出来る方を求めています。
学士以上
医療テクノロジー／医療機器／資本設備分野での営業経験3年以上
売上目標達成の実績
病院運営、購買プロセス、ITインフラに関する理解
営業戦略の策定・実践への理解があること
優れたコミュニケーション力、交渉力、プレゼン能力
エクセル、ワード、パワーポイントの使用経験
担当地域内での出張対応可能な方
有効な普通自動車運転免許を保有していること
※普通自動車運転免許に関わる行政処分を入社予定日より1年以内に受けていない方
※道路交通法に基づく一定の症状や法規により免許取得や更新ができなくなる可能性がある方については事前にお申し出ください
＜歓迎要件＞
デジタルヘルスや資本設備（Capital Equipment）営業経験
長期案件のマネジメント経験（予算承認、設備投資委員会対応含む）
病院IT、サイバーセキュリティ、患者データプライバシーへの理解
調達部門、財務部門、経営層との関係構築経験
複雑な販売環境における案件推進力
