A Day in the Life

Position Description

買掛金（Procure-to-Pay）関連業務を中心に、源泉税および支払調書作成、月次決算、監査対応、ならびにグローバルプロジェクトへの参画などを通じて、Medtronic Japan のファイナンスオペレーションを支える重要な役割を担います。
PTP Accounting Manager にレポートし、通常は日本語で国内のステークホルダーと、グローバルプロジェクト参加時は英語で海外チームと連携しながら、正確性・透明性・コンプライアンスを重視し業務遂行していただきます。

Main Responsibilities

• 買掛金（AP / PTP）関連業務全般
  ・請求書処理、支払処理、源泉税の計算・控除・納付対応、支払調書の作成および関連業務

• 月次・年次決算業務

• JGAAP および US GAAP に基づく会計処理

• 内部・外部監査対応

• グローバルプロジェクトへの参画
  ・英語でのディスカッション・会議参加、グローバルで策定されたプロセスや方針の日本展開

• 社内関係部門（Procurement、Business部門、海外のSSC等）との連携

• 業務改善の推進

Must Haves

• 経理実務経験 3年以上（社内の場合は他部門での実務経験も可）

• 簿記２級程度以上の経理知識

• 源泉税および支払調書に関する知識・実務経験

• 英語力：Business level（会話力重視）

• エクセルを使用した大量のデータ処理スキル

• 高い倫理観およびコンプライアンス意識

Nice to Haves

• US GAAPやIFRS に関する知識、実務経験

• 外資系企業またはグローバル環境での就業経験

• 業務プロセス改善やシステム導入プロジェクトへの参画経験
