This role plays a critical part in shaping and executing regional service sales strategies, developing high‑performing sales teams, and strengthening partnerships with customers and channel partners.
As a senior leader, you will combine strategic thinking with hands‑on execution, leveraging your expertise in selling services to deliver sustainable growth, expand market presence, and meet evolving customer needs across diverse and complex markets.

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:
Strategic Sales Leadership
Develop and execute targeted service sales strategies across the Asia region.
Identify and assess market opportunities to drive long‑term service growth and expansion.
Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitive dynamics to continuously refine sales approaches.
Sales Team Development
Lead, mentor, and inspire a regional sales team aligned with business objectives.
Set clear targets, monitor performance, and provide ongoing coaching and support.
Foster a collaborative, inclusive, and high‑performance team culture.
Client & Stakeholder Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and industry stakeholders.
Lead contract negotiations and oversee key accounts to ensure customer satisfaction, retention, and growth.
Service Market Expansion
Identify and prioritize new and existing market opportunities for service offerings.
Partner with product, service development, and marketing teams to align solutions with market demand.
Support go‑to‑market initiatives to accelerate service adoption and revenue growth.
Performance & Analytics
Track and report on key performance indicators, including service revenue, attach rates, and market share.
Use CRM tools and data analytics to drive informed decision‑making and optimize sales strategies.
Adjust plans proactively based on performance insights and business priorities.
Channel Partner Management
Develop and manage channel partner relationships to enhance service reach and distribution.
Create joint business plans, set performance targets, and drive partner‑led growth initiatives.
Identify, onboard, and assess new partners aligned with strategic objectives.
Cross‑Functional Collaboration
Work closely with product sales, operations, marketing, and global sales teams to ensure alignment and consistency.
Share regional insights to support service innovation and continuous improvement.
Contribute to best‑practice sharing across regions.
Required Knowledge and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
8–10 years of sales leadership experience, with a strong focus on service sales in the Asia region.
Proven track record of driving service revenue growth and expanding market share.
Demonstrated ability to lead, develop, and motivate high‑performing teams.
Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder‑management skills.
Experience using CRM platforms and sales analytics tools.
Willingness to travel within Asia as required.
