A Day in the Life

In the role of Sales Representative Cardiac Rhythm Management (CRM), you will have full commercial ownership of the CRM business within your assigned territory in Flanders. You will build deep expertise in Medtronic’s CRM therapies, translating their clinical and economic value into strong, compelling value propositions for both clinical and non-clinical stakeholders. This is a true hunter role with end‑to‑end ownership of your territory, where you proactively develop new business opportunities and drive the growth of Medtronic’s Brady CRM portfolio across hospitals.

You combine strong sales execution with clinical and technical credibility, while working closely with a highly engaged cross functional team. You will report to the Sales Manager and travel regularly within Flanders to support customers and business growth.

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:

  • Identify, develop and close new business opportunities within hospitals and healthcare networks
  • Position and sell Medtronic CRM solutions by demonstrating clear clinical, economic and operational value
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with cardiologists, nurses, CRM specialists and key hospital decision-makers
  • Own the full sales cycle from prospecting and needs assessment through negotiation and closing
  • Drive product launches and contribute to sustainable market share growth through effective territory and account planning
  • Manage the sales funnel, contracts, tenders and order processes in close collaboration with internal stakeholders
  • Work cross-functionally with Technical Consultants, Marketing and Business Operations to support case coverage, trainings and campaign execution.

Required Knowledge and Experience:

  • 3–5 years of proven success in new business development and sales, ideally within medical devices, life sciences or pharma
  • Background as a CRM Technical Consultant with strong commercial ambition or solid cardiology experience and network in Flanders combined with a hunter mindset
  • Strong interest in or experience with Cardiac Rhythm Management (CRM)
  • Demonstrated experience in account planning, pipeline management and negotiations, with a results-driven and entrepreneurial mindset
  • Team player who thrives in close collaboration with Sales, Technical Consultants and Marketing
  • Self-starter with strong ownership, a can-do mentality, and professional fluency in Dutch and English.
