Working in CCOO means being close to our customers and critical people inside hospitals, (nurses, physicians, procurement departments, suppliers, national health care bodies and others) and internally you get to interact with many key stakeholders and functions (sales, pricing, marketing, etc.). When joining Customer Care & Order Operations you will get opportunity to discover real possibilities for personal growth within multiple areas and cultures across the globe.
We are specifically looking for candidates that live within a maximum 100km from our Medtronic office in Budapest, Hungary. After your fulltime training period at the office, we expect you to work at least 2 days per week in the office; the other days you will work out of your home office. Please note that for this position, relocation support is not provided.
Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:
- Process orders in SAP, perform monitoring and resolve queries related to open orders
- Handling incoming emails and calls from hospitals, medical companies and respective stakeholders
- Responding to inquiries both verbally and in writing
- Support cross departments, e-business solutions
- Cooperate with local logistic service provider, manage inventory reports
- Prepare and analyze reports, propose improvements and participate in problem-solving initiatives.
Required Knowledge and Experience:
- Great communication skills (verbal and written) in English and Hungarian (Native Hungarian is a must)
- Ability to effectively multi-task (navigate between programs to access customer data and input text whilst providing real-time care instructions)
- Displaying the can-do attitude and interest in continuous process improvement
- Ability to work under time constraints
- Ability to tolerate repetitive work
- Ability to remain calm and demonstrate resilience during pressurized situations
- Computer literate with experience using MS Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ideally, the candidate has at least one year of relevant experience in customer service, logistics, shared service center or an office environment, with experience using SAP and preferably some background in the medical sector.
