Medtronic is a global leader in medical technology, services, and solutions, partnering with healthcare systems worldwide to address complex clinical, operational, and economic challenges.The Enterprise Accounts Manager Denmark is accountable for shaping and executing Medtronic’s enterprise account strategies with the most strategic healthcare customers in Denmark. The role drives sustainable growth by translating long-term enterprise ambitions into concrete multi-year partnerships, delivering integrated solutions across Medtronic’s portfolio, and strengthening senior-level executive relationships.
Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:
- Enterprise Account Strategy & Partnerships: Own and execute enterprise account strategy, creating multi‑year, transformational partnerships that leverage Medtronic’s full device and IHS portfolio.
- Executive Engagement & Positioning: Build trusted C‑suite relationships and position Medtronic as a strategic healthcare transformation partner, leading executive dialogues on outcomes, efficiency, and system-level impact.
- Total Account Revenue Ownership: Deliver total account performance driving portfolio penetration while balancing short-term sales with long-term partnership value.
- End-to-End Opportunity & Sales Leadership: Lead the full opportunity lifecycle – from strategic analysis and solution design to business case development, deal governance, contracting, and handoff to delivery teams.
- Cross-Functional Leadership & Governance: Build and mobilize high-performing account teams, establish governance and planning cadences, and align stakeholders around shared priorities and execution plans.
- Market Insight, Performance & Execution: Leverage deep Nordic healthcare market insight to shape opportunities, own account KPIs and pipeline management, and lead structured performance reviews with customers and internal teams.
Required Knowledge and Experience:
- Extensive experience in complex healthcare sales across devices, capital equipment, and solutions/services.
- Proven ability to originate, shape, and close large, multi‑stakeholder, long‑cycle deals.
- Strong capability in consultative selling, translating customer needs into tailored, value‑based solutions.
- Deep understanding of Nordic healthcare systems, including funding models, decision processes, and stakeholder dynamics.
- Ability to convert clinical, operational, and financial needs into scalable, integrated solutions.
- Demonstrated success leading in matrix environments, with strong cross‑functional leadership, negotiation, and C‑suite communication skills.
