A Day in the Life

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned.

• Support SCM daily operations such as order entry, inquiry, and e-solution
• Manage invoice mailing tracking record
• Handle data input, verification and record job-related documents properly
• Assist in model transformation projects
• Ad-hoc support

Requirements:

• Major in Business Administration, Supply Chain or a related field preferred.
• Strong interest in the Medical Device industry.
• Eagerness to learn and excellent teamwork skills.
• Energetic, proactive, patient, detail-oriented, with a strong sense of responsibility and execution skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills essential.
• Proficiency in both written and spoken Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin) and English is essential.

Work Schedule: minimum of 2 weekdays; during the summer, additional days are welcome based on operational needs.
