We manufacture and support the development of cutting-edge medical devices in Airway Management and other life enhancing applications.

In this role, you will provide administrative support to the team at the Athlone site for maintenance, facilities & the workshop. This is a dynamic role; we will rely on the Office Support Administrative Assistant to be flexible while maintaining the confidentiality of high-level systems and operations.

A Day in The Life Of:

  • Provide general administrative support including preparing communications &r maintaining spare parts
  • Input new spare parts in stores and allocate locations and Min /Max levels
  • Ordering of parts and ensuring no stock outs
  • Issuing schedules for maintenance Project Managers on Maximo
  • Inputting new Project Manager schedules on Maximo
  • Monitor department and Engineering projects capital spend on Planisware and communicate with stakeholders
  • Support manufacturing system such as Maintenance Excellence and OEE.
  • Cover for other team members supporting manufacturing systems.
  • Performs normal office functions such as setting up and maintaining files; arranging meetings and conferences; Gathers, compiles and reports on

information relevant to supervisor's assignment.

  • Administers inter-department or inter-unit programs or processes.
  • May be responsible for coordinating travel and submitting expenses.

Key Skills & Experience

  • Requires full job knowledge of systems and procedures obtained through prior work experience or education
  • Requires a Level 7 Ordinary bachelor’s degree or 5 years’ experience in a similar business role
  • Requires broad practical knowledge of operational systems and practices typically.
  • Proficient in excel, word and systems including Maximo, OEE, Ariba (purchase order system) and Planisware (capital project spend).
  • Strong time-management skills and an ability to organise and coordinate multiple concurrent projects.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and within a team-based environment.
  • Demonstrates strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience leading and supporting projects.
  • Understands manufacturing operations environment.
