以下の業務およびその他の関連業務を担当します。

• 営業サポート業務全般
• 売上/在庫関連の問合せ対応
• 見積/各種証明書、契約書類の作成、発送業務
• 製品在庫/デモ品等の梱包、発送業務
• Salesからの電話問合せ対応
• 業務改善による品質向上とプロセス効率化
• 顧客満足のための業務改善立案、プロジェクトマネジメント

＜部門について＞

Japan Sales Operationsは、全OUの営業活動を支える重要な組織です。その中のTeam-Cは、CST-SPINE営業チームを対象に、売上管理から書類業務まで幅広くサポートするクラークチームです。SPINEは、脊椎疾患の治療に用いる脊椎内固定器具（ねじ）や内視鏡などの医療機器を提供しており、患者様のQOL向上に貢献するやりがいのある分野です。

＜Must Haves＞

Job Experience

• 営業もしくは営業事務経験

Skill / Knowledge

• 高い対人能力・コミュニケーション能力（社内関連部署や代理店と円滑で密なコミュニケーションをとる）
• PCスキル（Microsoft Office: Excel, Access, Word, PowerPoint）
• ご自身発案での改善活動経験（他部署を巻き込んでの改善活動があれば尚可）

Competency

• 顧客視点で行動できる方:顧客のニーズを深く理解し、それを満たすための提案や行動ができる方。
• チームで成果を出すことができる方:関係者を巻き込み、協調しながら共通の目標達成に向けて行動できる方。
• 主体的に課題解決に取り組める方: 常に現状を疑い、より良いプロセス品質と更なるコスト削減を目指せる方。

Education

• 学士以上（学部・学科は問わない）

＜Nice to Haves＞

• 英語力：海外とのメールのやり取りやWeb会議でのコミュニケーションがスムーズに行えるレベル（TOEIC 600点程度）
• 顧客志向であり、チームプレイヤーであること
• 強い問題意識と分析能力
• SAP/SFDCの使用経験
• 医療業界での知識、経験があれば尚可
• プロジェクトマネジメント経験があれば尚可

＜Working Style＞

• 週1-2日品川オフィスへ出社（押印や製品出荷などで出社の必要が適宜発生いたします。）
