A Day in The Life Of:

The Digital Product Lead will guide the vision, definition, and execution of a new CRDN digital product from early concept through development and launch. You will work closely with upstream marketing, clinicians, engineering, UX, and system architecture to understand customer needs and clinical workflows, and translate those insights into clear product requirements, prioritized features, and value‑driven releases.

This role is ideal for a product leader who is both strategic and hands‑on. You will help shape CRDN’s emerging digital product management discipline by demonstrating focused, insight‑driven development within a MedTech quality and regulatory environment. You’ll bring clarity to ambiguity, energize cross‑functional teams, and help establish the product practices others will follow as our digital portfolio grows.

Responsibilities to include the following and other duties may be assigned:

Product Definition & Management

  • Translate customer insights, clinical workflows, and market needs into product definition, user stories, and prioritized features in partnership with upstream marketing and User Experience (UX) leads
  • Define product value propositions and the business models to capture value
  • Build and maintain a product roadmap aligned to CRDN’s digital objectives

Product Development

  • Own and maintain the product backlog—writing epics, features, and user stories that are clear, testable, and aligned with user needs
  • Collaborate closely with engineering to refine requirements, scope features, and support feasibility decisions
  • Lead day‑to‑day product development across discovery, design, and delivery

Cross‑Functional Alignment & Decision‑Making

  • Build trusted partnerships with engineering, marketing, UX, architecture, clinical, quality, and regulatory teams
  • Provide clear recommendations when priorities or requirements conflict, enabling teams to make informed tradeoff decisions
  • Facilitate product-focused working sessions such as requirement reviews, feature alignment meetings, and release readiness checkpoints

Quality, Risk & Regulatory Integration

  • Ensure product requirements, documentation, and risk controls align with MedTech regulatory, quality system, and cybersecurity expectations
  • Support verification, validation, and post‑launch iteration as part of the product lifecycle

Practice Building

  • Help establish CRDN’s digital product management practices by shaping processes, tools, templates, and decision patterns future product leads will follow
  • Mentor colleagues in product thinking, user‑centric problem framing, and value‑driven delivery.

Key Skills & Experience

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in engineering, computer science, biomedical engineering, business, or related field
  • 10+ years of product management (8+ with Masters) or product ownership experience in digital health, healthcare software, medical devices, or regulated digital environments
  • Experience with iterative discovery, rapid experimentation, or outcome‑driven product planning
  • Strong track record of translating customer needs and workflow insights into product requirements and features across the full lifecycle
  • Proven ability to collaborate across engineering, marketing, UX, clinical, and architecture teams
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to resolve conflicting inputs and drive clarity in ambiguous situations
  • Experience working within quality, regulatory, and risk management frameworks relevant to medical software

Nice to Have

  • Familiarity with modern product methods such as problem framing, hypothesis‑driven exploration, or structured learning cycles
  • Ability to adapt modern product approaches pragmatically within a regulated MedTech environment
  • Experience with connected device ecosystems, analytics, or workflow‑intensive clinical applications
  • Exposure to emerging technology concepts such as automation, intelligent decision support, or advanced analytics
  • Advanced degree (MSc, MBA) or equivalent experience
