A Day in the Life

We are looking for an enthusiastic and well-organized Technical Consultant who excels at delivering expert product support, building strong clinical and technical partnerships, and driving the effective adoption of our solutions. In this role, you will be responsible for providing in-depth technical expertise, supporting customers and internal stakeholders, and contributing to the development and execution of product strategies to ensure long-term portfolio growth.

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:

• Provide expert technical and clinical support for the Cathlab portfolio to customers and internal teams
• Support the adoption and effective use of products through training, on-site/remote guidance, and product demonstrations
• Collaborate with sales teams to identify and develop new business opportunities and support strategic account plans.

Required Knowledge and Experience:

• Degree in Medical Science, Life Science, Marketing, Business Administration, or another relevant field
• Demonstrated ability to work independently on duties as well as contributing to a larger team
• Excellent communication skills
• Team-oriented/openness to supporting colleagues regardless of other team members' responsibilities
• Strong goal orientation
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Positive attitude towards remote work and the ability to communicate effectively using remote tools
• Ability to accommodate a flexible work schedule
• Experience in the medical (device) industry or a hospital environment and knowledge of the competitive marketplace would be an advantage.
