This role offers an exciting opportunity to shape how data is translated into insight, enabling leaders and teams to make informed, timely, and confident decisions. As Senior Reporting & Data Analyst, you will turn fragmented data into clear, trusted analytics that drive performance, transparency, and accountability across the Diabetes organization.

The role is embedded within the Diabetes Customer Service and Supply Chain organization and operates in a highly collaborative, international environment. You will act as a single point of expertise for reporting and analytics, working in a hybrid setup aligned with local guidelines and partnering closely with senior stakeholders, process owners, and technology teams to support operational and strategic objectives.

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:

  • Own end‑to‑end reporting and analytics for Diabetes Customer Service and Supply Chain, ensuring consistent definitions and governance
  • Design, automate, and maintain dashboards and reports that provide clear, actionable insights for leadership and stakeholders
  • Transform complex and fragmented data sets into reliable performance insights that support operational and strategic decision‑making
  • Improve data quality, timeliness, and accessibility by reducing manual reporting effort and minimizing decision risk
  • Partner with business, IT, and process owners to align metrics, reporting standards, and data sources across functions
  • Enable an insight‑led culture by proactively highlighting trends, risks, and opportunities to accelerate insight‑to‑action cycles

Required Knowledge and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in reporting, data analytics, or business intelligence roles
  • Strong experience transforming data into dashboards, reports, and actionable insights for senior stakeholders
  • Proven ability to work with structured data sources and reporting tools in complex, multi‑stakeholder environments
  • High attention to detail with a focus on data accuracy, consistency, and governance
  • Fluency in English


Experience supporting large‑scale transformation initiatives, exposure to customer service or supply chain data, or prior experience within the healthcare, medical device, or life sciences industry is considered an advantage.

This position is eligible for a short-term incentive called the Medtronic Incentive Plan (MIP).
