We’re looking for a collaborative and results‑driven Senior Shared Services Supervisor to lead HR service delivery within a fast‑paced shared services environment. We are seeking a qualified professional with a degree in Human Resources or a related field, along with 5 years of relevant experience leading and managing diverse teams within an HR Shared Services environment, preferably in a global capacity.

The ideal candidate is a dynamic team player who thrives in cross-functional environments and demonstrates proactive collaboration. You bring strong experience in leading and developing teams, building trusted partnerships with key stakeholders, and delivering solutions efficiently to meet urgent business needs.

You are comfortable navigating fast-paced environments, eager to learn new technologies, and capable of guiding others in their adoption. With a systems-thinking mindset, you can connect the bigger picture, manage complex situations, and align teams toward effective problem-solving.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English are required. Proficiency in an additional Asian language is an advantage but not mandatory.

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:

  • Provides centralized human resource administration and support across a variety of processes and programs including Global Talent & Leadership Development focusing on the global Hiring employee lifecycle process.

  • Collaborates across the Human Resources function to establish operational standards and procedures that are leveraged to respond to employee and manager questions, ensures transactions are processed accurately and human resource programs and processes are administered effectively and efficiently.

  • Leads & participates in internal and cross-functional initiatives related to continuous process and quality improvement initiatives (such as Lean or Six Sigma)

  • Identifies customer-impacting issues and implement solutions and process improvements to increase customer experiences.

  • Ensures streamlined human processes, workflows, metrics, and system optimization

  • Helps to define requirements for systems that will facilitate increased efficiencies, automation and/or self-service for various HR processes.

  • May also create test plans, lead testing cycles, and configure systems.

  • Provides segmented professional support to VPs and managers or employees during moments that matters with the ability to emphasize with the customer and apply discretion where needed in interactions with customers.

  • Strong expertise in continuous improvement and AskHR operations: Applies Lean/CI methodologies, root cause analysis, and data-driven insights to optimize HR processes, improve case quality, and enhance employee experience.

  • Proven ability to lead improvement initiatives and drive results: Influences stakeholders, leverages systems (ServiceNow, Workday, reporting tools), and champions a CI culture to deliver efficiency, standardization, and sustainable operational improvements.

  • Functional Skills: HR Program Administration, HR Policies, Human Resources Information Systems, Human Resource Management, Knowledge Management.

  • Management Skills: Management of People & Resources, Critical Thinking, Project Management, Collaboration and Productivity Software, Effective Communication.

Required Knowledge and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree

  • At least 5 years of people leadership experience

  • At least 3 years of relevant experience in a shared services environment

  • Proven experience in continuous improvement initiatives using Lean/CI methodologies, root cause analysis
