This role sits at the intersection of commercial strategy, public sector engagement, and digital transformation, driving initiatives that deliver measurable business and patient outcomes.
Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:
Drive Strategy into Execution:
Identify and execute growth and market access opportunities across public and private healthcare segments
Deliver initiatives that contribute to measurable revenue growth and market expansion
Support development and execution of business cases aligned with country and regional priorities
Lead Innovative Business Models:
Evaluate and implement new partnerships and business models that improve affordability and access
Drive pilot initiatives and translate them into scalable solutions with clear outcomes
Lead Government Tender Transformation:
Drive the implementation of an AI-enabled Government Tender Management System
Ensure end-to-end visibility of relevant tenders and improve execution and win rates
Enable data-driven decision-making through dashboards and reporting
Collaborate Across Functions:
Lead cross-functional initiatives across commercial, medical, analytics, and IT teams
Drive alignment and execution in a matrixed organization
Support adoption of new tools, processes, and ways of working
Deliver Insights & Performance Tracking:
Define, track, and report KPIs related to commercial transformation and public sector performance
Provide actionable insights to support leadership decision-making
Stakeholder & Partner Management:
Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, government bodies, and external partners
Ensure alignment on execution priorities and compliance requirements
Identify risks early and proactively manage dependencies
Required Knowledge and Experience:
7–10 years of relevant experience in business development, commercial strategy, market access, or government affairs (healthcare or related industries preferred)
Proven ability to deliver measurable business outcomes and execute strategic initiatives
Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills in a matrixed environment
Experience translating strategy into execution with clear KPIs and performance tracking
Familiarity with data, analytics, or digital tools (AI exposure is a plus)
Strong communication skills in English; Filipino is an advantage
