Role Purpose
The Leader of Enterprise Accounts & Integrated Health Solutions (EA&IHS) for Israel is accountable for
building and leading Medtronic’s most strategic, enterprise-level customer partnerships within the Israeli
healthcare system. This role drives sustainable growth by shaping long-term enterprise strategies
translated into concrete multi-year partnerships, delivering integrated solutions across Operating Units,
and strengthening executive-level relationships with key healthcare systems.
The position operates at the intersection of strategy, commercial execution, and people leadership, with
a strong focus on cross-functional collaboration and long-term value creation for both customers and
Medtronic.
Key Accountabilities
Enterprise Customer Strategy & Relationships
• Own senior-level strategic engagement and execute the enterprise account strategy for priority
healthcare clients in Israel
• Serve as executive sponsor for senior customer relationships, including C-suite stakeholders,
focused on transformation, value creation, and multi-year collaboration rather than transactional
engagement
• Build trusted, long-term partnerships based on shared value, outcomes, and strategic alignment
Commercial & Financial Leadership
• Deliver revenue, margin, and long-term value objectives for EA&IHS Israel
• Own forecasting, pipeline management, and multi-year growth plans with disciplined execution
aligned with country, regional, and enterprise priorities
• Ensure robust forecasting, performance tracking, and corrective actions when needed
Integrated Solutions & Cross-Organizational Leadership
• Lead collaboration across Operating Units and functions to deliver integrated, customer-centric
solutions
• Translate enterprise customer needs into coordinated, scalable execution across Medtronic,
avoiding a siloed approach and maximizing value creation
• Act as a connector and influencer in a complex matrix organization
People Leadership & Culture
• Foster a high-performance, inclusive culture aligned with Medtronic values
• Coach leaders and build strong succession and talent pipelines
Governance, Ethics & Compliance
• Define and orchestrate enterprise customer governance in alignment with country and regional
leadership
• Act as a member of the country crisis management team, supporting coordinated response, decision-
making, and stakeholder communication during critical incidents
• Communicate performance, risks, and strategic progress transparently to regional leadership
• Ensure all activities are conducted in full compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and
Medtronic policies
• Model ethical leadership and accountability in all customer and internal interactions
Measures of Success
• Delivery of EA&IHS Israel revenue, margin, and enterprise contract value targets
• Strength, depth, and longevity of executive-level customer partnerships
• Effective cross-Operating Unit collaboration and integrated solution delivery
• Team performance, engagement, development, and retention of top talent
• Strong compliance, governance, and ethical performance
Competencies and qualifications
• Senior commercial, strategy, or business leadership experience in healthcare, medtech, or related
industries
• Proven success managing complex, enterprise-level customer relationships
• Strong commercial and financial acumen with ownership of business performance
• Experience leading in a matrixed, cross-functional environment
• Demonstrated ability to influence senior internal and external stakeholders
• Experience with integrated solutions, system-level selling, or value-based healthcare models
• Experience working with large healthcare systems or integrated delivery networks
• Executive presence and influence
Required Knowledge and Experience:
• Requires advanced sales, business development, and leadership knowledge to lead cross-
department initiatives in a complex healthcare environment
• Master’s Degree Required
• Minimum of 8–12 years of relevant commercial or leadership experience
• Languages: Fluency in English and Hebrew required
• Travel % – Domestic as required. Limited international travel
