A key strategic focus area is driving Integrated Business Planning (IBP), Sales and Operation Execution (S&OE), and Standard Operating Mechanisms.Join our Global Supply Chain Center of Excellence team as the Sr. Program Manager-Integrated Business Planning (IBP) – Supply. You will lead the improvement and connectedness of the end-to-end (E2E) IBP process and initiate and execute process improvements to achieve a world-class IBP implementation with a focus in our Global Supply Review meetings across Medtronic.

This role will require 10-25% of travel to enhance collaboration and ensure successful completion of projects.
As the Sr. Program Manager—IBP COE, you will be responsible for the execution and effectiveness of the end-to-end (E2E) IBP process with a core focus on Global Supply Reviews. This critical strategic role will have high visibility as part of the overall IBP evolution.
As the Sr. Program Manager-IBP COE, you will:
Lead the enterprise's design, development, and implementation of the IBP E2E process for the Global Supply Review Meetings.
Drive accountability of IBP process connectedness through a standardized process, following Best Practices.
Drive the alignment and agreement with the COE IBP step owners for Portfolio Management, Demand, Finance and Executive steps; to ensure a proper handoff across all steps.
Ensure alignment and process flow from/to each IBP step; responsible for driving interconnected processes between global operating units and regions.
Act as the key liaison between IBP Plan COE, IBP Leads and Global Supply Review Facilitators as part of the design and implementation program.
Leverage Anaplan to improve IBP best practices and E2E process design to deliver MDT KPIs. Including Scenario Planning from a Supply perspective.
Manage short-term projects or detailed analyses (including coordinating cross-functional teams) supporting the IBP process.
Lead or participate in process improvement projects to drive E2E IBP performance and maturity.
Must-Have: Minimum Requirements
Previous experience in implementing integrated business planning principles and best practices.
Bachelor's degree required.
Minimum of 7 years of relevant Supply Chain experience or advanced degree with a minimum of 5 years of relevant Supply Chain experience
Nice to Have
Experience developing and implementing change initiatives requiring collaboration and influence management skills.
Prior experience in Supply Chain utilizing IBP or S&OP processes.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence and engage direct and indirect reports and peers.
Proven ability to lead and facilitate cross-functional teams and meetings.
Excellent analytical, organizational, and project management skills.
Exceptional communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence and engage direct and indirect reports and peers.
Ability to understand key business concepts and communicate with business stakeholders.
Work experience in a large, matrixed organization structure.
Strong organizational skills, the ability to perform under pressure and to manage multiple priorities with competing demands.
Work experience across the whole Supply Chain: Demand/Supply Planning, Materials and Production Scheduling, Operations, Distribution and Logistics, Sourcing/Procurement.
For Baccalaureate degrees earned outside of the United States, a degree that satisfies the requirements of 8 C.F.R. § 214.2(h)(4)(iii)(A) is required.

This position is eligible for a short-term incentive called the Medtronic Incentive Plan (MIP).The base salary range is applicable across the United States, excluding Puerto Rico and specific locations in California. The offered rate complies with federal and local regulations and may vary based on factors such as experience, certification/education, market conditions, and location. Compensation and benefits information pertains solely to candidates hired within the United States (local market compensation and benefits will apply for others).
