A Day in the Life

Join Medtronic’s Virtual Engagement Solutions (VES) team supporting Africa, Central and Eastern Europe (ACEE) and contribute to our digital transformation efforts by helping drive adoption of digital ordering and commercial tools across the region. In this role, you will analyze user behavior, identify digital growth opportunities, and support marketing, onboarding, and engagement activities that improve adoption and customer experience. Working closely with commercial teams, digital solutions specialists, and cross-functional stakeholders, you’ll gain hands-on experience in how digital channels, data-driven insights, and customer engagement strategies contribute to business growth and digital innovation within a global healthcare company. You’ll be involved in real projects that impact how digital solutions are used across multiple markets.


Internship Details:
• Start date: 1st of August
• Duration: 6 months with the possibility to extend
• Working hours: 40 hours per week with flexibility during exams and holiday periods
• Working model: Hybrid
• Location: Zagreb, Croatia


Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:
• Support analysis of platform, adoption, and user data to identify trends, opportunities, and adoption insights across digital channels
• Assist with internal and external adoption campaigns, onboarding activities, user communications, and training sessions
• Support development and execution of digital marketing, engagement, and outreach campaigns
• Help prepare reports, presentations, KPI dashboards, and performance updates for various stakeholders
• Assist in identifying process improvement and automation opportunities to enhance user experience and digital adoption

Required knowledge and skills:
• Currently pursuing or recently completed with a bachelor’s or master’s degree
• Fluent English (written and spoken)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset
• Strong communication and collaboration skills


Would be a plus:
• Experience with Power BI, Canva, Salesloft, CRM tools, or marketing automation platforms
• Previous experience with digital marketing, analytics, customer engagement, Business Process Management (BPM) or e-commerce projects
• Experience creating presentations, communication materials, or visual content
