A Day in the Life
Join our team and help deliver exceptional learning experiences and events that support healthcare professionals across the region. As an Event & Learning Management Coordinator, you will play a key role in coordinating face-to-face and virtual training programs, managing event logistics, supporting learning journeys, and ensuring compliance with internal policies and industry regulations.Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will manage event operations, maintain accurate data and reporting, and provide high-quality support to both internal stakeholders and external customers. This role is ideal for a highly organized, customer-focused professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys balancing multiple priorities while delivering outstanding service.
To be successful, you should have experience in event coordination, training administration, or customer support, strong organizational and communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively across diverse teams. Proficiency in business systems such as Salesforce (SFDC), Cvent, and Microsoft Office is an advantage. A proficient level of English, both written and spoken, is required.
Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:
- Coordinate and support face-to-face and virtual training events, ensuring seamless planning, execution, and post-event activities for healthcare professionals and internal stakeholders
- Manage learning programs by administering participant access, monitoring progress, handling training exemptions, and providing first-line support throughout the learning journey
- Process event-related activities through Cvent, Medtronic’s event management platform used for registration, attendee management, communications, and reporting
- Administer healthcare professional (HCP) and healthcare organization (HCO) services, including contract preparation, compliance documentation, vendor creation, payments, and logistics coordination
- Maintain and cleanse event and customer data in Salesforce (SFDC), Medtronic’s customer relationship management platform used to manage customer information and business interactions
- Generate and analyze operational and compliance reports using Tableau, Medtronic’s business intelligence and data visualization tool that supports performance tracking and decision-making
- Collaborate with Sales, Training & Education, Compliance, and external partners to deliver high-quality customer service while ensuring adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements
Required Knowledge and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience in Event Management, Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field
- Experience coordinating events, training programs, or customer support activities in a fast-paced and collaborative environment
- Strong organizational, planning, and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail
- Experience using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems such as Salesforce (SFDC), event management platforms such as Cvent, and Microsoft Office applications
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with a customer-focused approach and proficiency in English; additional language skills are an advantage
- Ability to work independently and as part of a diverse team while demonstrating adaptability, accountability, and a commitment to quality and compliance
Proficient level of English in both written and spoken communication is required.
