We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Neuromodulation, Neurovascular and Pelvic Health Sales Lead to support the growth and performance of the business across assigned indirect markets. Reporting directly to the Regional Director, this role will be responsible for driving revenue growth, managing distributor performance, supporting commercial execution, building customer relationships, and expanding market adoption of the Neuromodulation, Neurovascular and Pelvic Health portfolio. The successful candidate will serve as the primary commercial point of contact for distributors and customers while working closely with clinical, marketing, and cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:

  • Drive revenue growth, sales targets, and market share expansion across the Neuromodulation, Neurovascular and Pelvic Health portfolio.
  • Set, monitor, and deliver annual, quarterly, and monthly sales objectives through effective territory planning and execution.
  • Manage and optimize distributor performance through business planning, target setting, regular business reviews, performance monitoring, and corrective action plans.
  • Lead sales forecasting, demand planning, inventory management, and pipeline reviews to ensure product availability and forecast accuracy.
  • Develop and execute territory growth plans, pricing strategies, and go-to-market initiatives aligned with business objectives.
  • Identify market opportunities and develop strategic initiatives to increase adoption of respective therapies and technologies.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), hospital management, procurement stakeholders, and distributor leadership teams.
  • Support customer engagement activities, congress participation, physician education initiatives, and market development programs.
  • Partner closely with Clinical Specialists and Therapy Consultants to support technology adoption and customer success.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, finance, supply chain, regulatory, reimbursement, and clinical teams to ensure successful business execution.
  • Maintain deep knowledge of the competitive landscape, market trends, customer needs, and emerging technologies within the Neuroscience space.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and applicable healthcare regulations.

Required Knowledge and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Life Sciences, Biomedical Engineering, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of commercial experience within medical devices (Neuromodulation, Neurovascular and Pelvic Health).
  • Proven track record of delivering sustainable revenue growth and achieving sales targets.
  • Strong experience working with distributor-led business models, territory management, forecasting, demand planning, and inventory management.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders and drive business performance without direct authority.
  • Strong stakeholder management, negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional and matrix organization.\
  • Fluency in English and Arabic.
  • Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate across multiple functions.
  • Independent, self-reliant thinking and acting with a strong sense of accountability and ownership.
  • Willingness and ability to travel extensively across assigned markets.
  • Experience in Neuroscience portfolios and therapies.
