As an Order Management Specialist, you will play a key role in delivering an outstanding customer experience by ensuring the accurate and timely processing of customer orders while collaborating with colleagues across multiple functions. This is a full-time position based in Budapest, Hungary or Prague, Czech Republic, with standard working hours from Monday to Friday. You will work closely with customers, internal stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to support the end-to-end order management process. Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:

• Process and manage customer orders in SAP (Systems, Applications and Products) while monitoring and following up on open orders
• Respond to customer inquiries via email and telephone, providing timely and professional support
• Coordinate order-related activities with internal teams to ensure accurate order fulfillment and delivery
• Handle customer complaints, maintain accurate documentation, and issue invoices or corrective documents when required
• Support product movement transactions and contribute to continuous process improvements to deliver an excellent customer experience

Required Knowledge and Experience:

• Proficiency in Hungarian and English (B2 level or higher)
• Bachelor's degree or secondary school diploma with relevant professional experience
• Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills with excellent attention to detail
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
• A proactive mindset with a strong sense of ownership and commitment to customer satisfaction

Experience working with SAP and customer service or order management processes, and knowledge of Czech or Slovak would be considered an advantage.
