This posting has been created to pipeline talent for our Lead2Impact Program 2024 roles that we anticipate will soon be needed in our organization. Lead2Impact is a 24-month rotational program that has the objective of developing talents to obtain expertise and abilities in critical areas of the business according to our strategic goals.

The main areas of focus, but not limited to, are:

  • Market access
  • Policy
  • Digital marketing
  • Data & analytics
  • Account management

This 24-month rotational and innovative program include practical experiences with the possibility of gaining broad knowledge about the different areas of our company. The participant will have a very strong development plan with the sponsorship of the senior and project leaders at local and regional level. Each rotation will consist of 8 months of learnings, interactions and projects that will enable the participant to become a strong leader who can impact positively our business, people and patients.

Main Activities

  • Learn all processes and indicators of the areas selected for each rotation. This role requires a deep understanding of the selected areas and the performance KPI’s to have a proper follow up on the specific results of the organization.
  • Learn the general guidelines, policies and processes of our company as well as the company product portfolio. Learn the strategic business vision at country and regional levels. Monitor key metrics to ensure effective execution and management of critical projects, processes and operating budgets.
  • Define a work plan, KPI’s and projects for each of the rotations on the selected areas. There must be a handover and evaluation from one area to the other to have proper follow up of the participant’s learning.
  • HR will accompany the transitions to ensure the learning accomplishments expected in the 24 months and support the assignation of a permanent position at the end of the program.

Skills & Experience

  • A minimum of MBA or Master’s Degree completed on or before May 2024. Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commercial or Engineering, preferred.
  • A minimum of one (1) year of experience. Experience in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, and/or Engineering, preferred.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish
