The position:
We are currently recruiting for a Global Marketing Director, InLine Dx, Precision Medicine within Oncology Global Marketing. The successful candidate will be charged with leading the development and implementation of commercial diagnostic strategies for InLine medicines with biomarker and diagnostic associated indications. They will work in close collaboration with Global Disease Leaders (GDLs) and Global Business Leaders (GBLs) in Global Oncology Marketing, Regional and local marketing teams in Human Health as well as the Diagnostic Development Teams (DxDTs) in our Company's Research Laboratories to ensure cross functional alignment through clinical development and successful commercial implementation.
The Global Marketing Director, InLine Dx, Precision Medicine will be responsible for the development of diagnostic Global commercialization strategies and tactical plans together with Regional Diagnostic Leads and our diagnostic partners.
The role of Global Marketing Director, InLine Dx, Precision Medicine holds the opportunity and requirement to work across multiple tumor-types, molecular targets and diagnostic technologies and interface with a wide range of functional areas to develop and enable diagnostic commercial strategies that support the identification of appropriate patients for therapy in a timely and quality manner.
Other Key Assignments:
Providing commercial diagnostic leadership, support, and expertise to Diagnostic Development Teams (DxDTs), Global and Regional Marketing Organizations
Short & long-range Business Strategy & Planning; development of diagnostic commercial strategies and tactical plans, including but not limited to positioning, messaging, competitor assessments etc.
Providing commercial diagnostic input on activities such as diagnostic partner engagement and relationships, additional Dx partner selection, market research, business cases, etc.
Working effectively with all cross-functional internal partners including Human Health, our Company's Research Labs, Medical Affairs, Market Access, Regulatory Affairs to successfully navigate the internal organization
Effective Partner Management & collaboration, both Diagnostic and Pharma partners, to proactively represent our Company's interest during diagnostic product development and launch

Qualifications:
Education:
Required: Bachelors Degree
Preferred: MSc, PhD, and/or MBA
Knowledge and Skills:
Minimum of 5 years of industry marketing knowledge (Pharma and/or Diagnostic) is required
Preferred Knowledge:
Pharma or Diagnostic marketing knowledge within Oncology biomarkers and diagnostics
Deep scientific understanding of oncology molecular targets and diagnostic technologies
Demonstrated commercial leadership in development of drug associated diagnostic product strategy & planning across product lifecycles
Working knowledge in an industry alliance
Strong cross-functional and leadership skills in problem solving, teamwork, analytical, written/verbal communication, and presentation skills
Proven ability to work with many areas of marketing management including strategy development, competitive dynamics, and issues management in a highly complex and dynamic environment
25% Travel, including weekends as required

U.S. Hybrid Work Model
Effective September 5, 2023, employees in office-based positions in the U.S. will be working a Hybrid work consisting of three total days on-site per week, generally Tuesday, Wednesday and either Monday or Thursday, although the specific days may vary by site or organization, with Friday designated as a remote-working day, unless business critical tasks require an on-site presence. Final determinations with respect to salary will take into account a number of factors, which may include, but not be limited to the primary work location and the chosen candidate’s relevant skills, experience, and education.
Expected salary range:
$181,600.00 - $285,800.00Available benefits include bonus eligibility, long term incentive if applicable, health care and other insurance benefits (for employee and family), retirement benefits, paid holidays, vacation, and sick days. A summary of benefits is listed here.
