Job Description

The Human Health Division continues to transform, driven by an effort to shape our company's future by building or enhancing core commercial capabilities to drive business results. In order to execute the strategy of being more adaptive and responsive to changing market needs and to establish ourselves as a leader in the eyes of our customers, the US Market has identified a need to accelerate and prioritize Commercial Model Innovation through the development, installation, prioritization and realization of key capabilities that will allow us to deliver a personalized customer experience and drive performance.

The Associate Director, Change Management & Commercial Model Innovation is responsible for creating change management strategies and plans that increase adoption and usage across the US market and enterprise. Specifically, this position partners with US Market leaders and stakeholders to develop strategy, align on intent, and drive solutions through experimentation and scaling efforts designed to inspire and accelerate a culture of innovation that enables a differentiated customer experience. This position provides candidates an opportunity to drive organizational change and create an impact by evolving our commercialization model in partnership with commercial leadership and U.S. business units.

Primary Duties & Responsibilities include and may not be limited to:

  • Lead and oversee all change management activities related to strategic initiatives and transformational projects throughout the US market.

  • Develop and implement change management strategies, plans, and initiatives to drive successful adoption of change and mitigate resistance.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and senior US market leadership to identify and assess opportunities for commercial model innovation and process enhancement.

  • Drive the design, development, and implementation of innovative commercial models to optimize business performance and revenue growth.

  • Conduct market research, industry analysis, and benchmarking to identify best practices and new trends in commercial model innovation.

  • Provide strategic guidance and expertise to internal stakeholders on change management methodologies, tools, and techniques.

  • Develop and deliver effective change communication materials, training programs, and workshops to support successful change adoption.

  • Monitor and evaluate change management initiatives, track progress, and assess the effectiveness of change interventions.

  • Develop and implement sustainment plans to ensure change is integrated into business as usual.

  • Work closely with project teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment, manage expectations, and overcome barriers to change.

  • Stay up to date with industry developments, market dynamics, and emerging trends in change management and commercial model innovation.


Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a change management, project management, strategic planning, transformation, operations, or a related role that supports change projects in various settings and domains.

  • BS or BA degree in business administration, organizational management, organizational development, communication, psychology, or related field.

  • Ability to a hybrid work arrangement with at least 3 days per week at our North Wales, Pennsylvania (Upper Gwynedd) office.

  • Proven track record of successfully leading and managing complex change management initiatives and commercial model innovation projects.

  • Strong understanding of change management principles, methodologies, and best practices.

  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategies to drive organizational change and adoption.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and provide innovative solutions.

  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.

  • Experience working with external vendors to execute on change and transformational projects.

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and influencing skills with the ability to effectively engage and collaborate across all levels of the organization.

  • Strong interpersonal skills to build trusting stakeholder relationships and collaborate with cross-functional teams

  • Legally authorized to work in the United States.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a change management role within the pharmaceutical industry or life sciences sector.

  • Prosci Certified Change Management Professional (CCMP) or related certification.

  • MBA/MS degree.

  • Experience in developing and executing complex project plans and the associated comms plan and change management strategies.

  • Knowledgeable in systems thinking, design thinking, and organizational behavior.

U.S. Hybrid Work Model
