As the Global Talent Acquisition Event Lead - Diversity & Inclusion, you will be responsible for planning, organizing, and executing events while strategically integrating fairness and belonging principles throughout the event lifecycle. You will work closely with internal teams, external partners, and event stakeholders to develop and implement Diversity & Inclusion strategies that align with our organization's values and goals. This role requires a creative and detail-oriented individual who is dedicated to promoting diversity and fostering a culture of inclusivity.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the end-to-end planning, execution, and post-event analysis for diversity conferences annually, including: (NSBE, NSN, SHPE, SACNAS, SWE, Prospanica, etc)
Own the event calendar and event marketing roadmap to align with event goals (e.g. engage with diverse talent, build employer brand, promote career opportunities, etc)
Maintain a hands-on approach in managing external vendors related to booth design, logistics, on-site event technology, shipping, and other conference related activities
Collaborate with internal steering committees and Global Talent Acquisition to define event goals, messaging, and content
Drive pre-event awareness, onsite engagement, and post-event follow-up strategy in partnership with demand generation by leveraging social media outlets (e.g. Facebook, LinkedIn, etc)
Ensure consistent brand experience across all event touchpoints
Track and manage event budgets, ROI, and KPI metrics
Develop and manage event promotional assets (landing pages, signage, collateral, giveaways, etc.)
Support speaker coordination, content submissions, and workshop session planning where applicable
Partner with Global Diversity and Inclusion COE to ensure alignment with employee resource group talent strategy
Attend events as a representative of the company to network with potential candidates, share information about job opportunities and facilitate connections.
Minimum Education:
Minimum of a bachelor’s degree, or currently in pursuit of degree completion and relevant work experience of at least 6 years in Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, Business Administration or Marketing or relevant applicable experience (with Master's degree, minimum experience is 4 years)
Required Experience and Skills:
Requires 30% travel
Familiar with in event management tools or conference planning registration platform and/or experience in CRM/ATS/marketing automation platforms (e.g., Phenom People, HubSpot, Workday)
Preferred:
Prior experience overseeing events steering committee.
Deep understanding of D&I principles and their application in event management.
Commitment to promoting diversity and inclusion in all aspects of work.
Proven success managing high-visibility events with complex logistics and multiple internal and external stakeholders
Experience with global event coordination and travel
Strong project management and communication skills
Creative problem-solver with high attention to detail
Familiarity with relevant laws and regulations related to diversity and inclusion in recruitment

U.S. Hybrid Work Model
Effective September 5, 2023, employees in office-based positions in the U.S. will be working a Hybrid work consisting of three total days on-site per week, Monday - Thursday, although the specific days may vary by site or organization, with Friday designated as a remote-working day, unless business critical tasks require an on-site presence.This Hybrid work model does not apply to, and daily in-person attendance is required for, field-based positions; facility-based, manufacturing-based, or research-based positions where the work to be performed is located at a Company site; positions covered by a collective-bargaining agreement (unless the agreement provides for hybrid work); or any other position for which the Company has determined the job requirements cannot be reasonably met working remotely. The salary range for this role is
$104,200.00 - $163,900.00This is the lowest to highest salary we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. An employee’s position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographic location, government requirements, and business or organizational needs.
The successful candidate will be eligible for annual bonus and long-term incentive, if applicable.
