Job Description

The Future Talent Program features Cooperative (Co-op) education that lasts up to 6 months and will include one or more projects. These opportunities in our Research and Development Division can provide you with great development and a chance to see if we are the right company for your long-term goals.

The Co-op for the Business Process Management (BPM) group within the Global Regulatory Affairs Clinical Safety (GRACS) Operations, Process & Systems (O.P.S.) organization will support the Business Process Management team in operationalizing and maintaining business processes, tools, and governance across the organization. This role will provide exposure to six sigma methodologies, process design, process mapping, process controls, metrics, stakeholder engagement, and project coordination in a global environment.

Key responsibilities:

  • Maintain team collaboration channels to ensure accurate, accessible documentation.

  • Assist with the upkeep of contact lists, SME directories, and governance artifacts (e.g., RACI matrices, prioritization tools).

  • Contribute to process prioritization and continuous improvement initiatives.

  • Coordinate logistics and materials for recurring BPM meetings (e.g., Community of Practice, office hours) and other stakeholder events.

  • Create or update communication and education materials (slides, FAQs, quick reference guides).

  • Support ad hoc projects and administrative activities as needed.

Education:

  • Must be currently pursuing a college degree in Business, Communications, Information Systems, Health Sciences, or a related field.

Required Experience and Skills:

  • Must be proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

  • Must have experience or familiarity with SharePoint and Microsoft Teams.

  • Must have availability for occasional travel (typically up to 5%).

Preferred Experience and Skills:

  • Should have strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Should be comfortable working with stakeholders across functions and regions.

  • Should be organized, detail oriented, and able to manage multiple responsibilities.

  • Should have interest in process improvement and basic familiarity with Business Process Management concepts.

Salary range:
The salary range for this role is $39,600.00-$105,500.00 USD
